For us, the bottling process of Prosecco in our winery is an art that embraces tradition and innovation, an inheritance that has accompanied us in this passion for generations.

We personally harvest the grapes when they reach their perfect ripeness to preserve all their freshness and aromatic complexity.
The must obtained from our grapes undergoes a slow and controlled fermentation to safeguard and maintain the nuances of aromas and distinctive flavors of the Glera grapes.

Our bottling phase is passionately and skillfully guided by our production leader, Simone, a valuable member of our family. He has chosen to dedicate himself entirely to this cellar, inspired by the strong motivation passed down by our grandparents, Nino and Irma. With meticulous care, he oversees every stage of the bottling process, paying attention to the smallest details. In our modern facility, Simone personally ensures that each bottle is filled with care and precision.
